But you are also a performer!

In this piece, the pianist is reading their part on a tablet, and before they begin to play they are reading a page that looks much like this one.
.....But it isn't exactly the same.....

You have your own material here that you can read either as the piece is playing or in your own time.
This might help you to understand where I'm coming from with it.

(If you take off it's hat it's programme notes, it's just the programme notes.)

I like to think that when listening to music, the audience perform a little bit of it inside their head alongside the performance.

Often, no one notices this silent part, but You will

It's the voice inside you that says...

• god this is boring, are we at the end yet?
• wow, couldn't they find any non-men to programme today?
• I hope there's a cheap pub nearby
• this piece is changing my life (positive)
• cool
• hmmmmm la de da de da hum hum bzzzz...
• did I ever reply to that email?
• ... (etc)

This score is for that silent, inside-head voice to perform in counterpoint with the pianist as you're listening. You will have some moments where you have to click a button to move forward. You may be invited to make choices. Your inner voice will probably continue it's own monologue as well, and of course, you are at total liberty to ignore this webpage and listen as you would normally.

But just know that that is a choice too...
